Refund and Cancellation Policy
We aim to provide a satisfactory experience with our payment gateway services. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 5 days of the transaction (T+5 days).The school is liable for refunds in the event of any technical issues, double payments, internet problems, etc. If you encounter any such issues, please contact the school for a refund. Refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 working days from the transaction date and will be issued to the original payment method used for the transaction.
Cancellation of recurring subscription payments can be done at any time through your account settings or by contacting customer support. Cancellations made after the billing cycle will not result in a refund for that billing period.
Please note that certain fees, such as processing fees, may not be refundable.
